WORKSHOP: Yoga & Journaling

A 2 hour workshop for Gentle Yoga and Journaling prompts around the theme of Letting Go into Autumn. Led by Yoga Instructor and Acupressurist KC of Acuyogini. This workshop includes Gentle Yoga to move and flow with your breath. KC will teach self-care acupressure to warm up the hands for journaling exercises, and connect your hands to your heart. Journaling is an opportunity to put into words the wisdom of your heart! Special attention will be given to make every yoga posture adaptable for every participant. People new to yoga welcome!
