Woolman seeks an experienced Executive Director who will lead the organization to long term financial sustainability, with a renewed campus and innovative, mission-centric programs that respect our legacy while leveraging future possibilities.
The Executive Director (ED) provides strategically focused leadership, creating innovative programs and serving as the public face of the organization, while guiding the overall organizational health through fundraising, budget development, and program administration. The ED is responsible for positively positioning the Woolman brand by leveraging the organization’s 60 year old legacy. With an understanding of the environment in which the organization operates, s/he will develop business partnerships, attract investment support, and create competitive advantages. The ED will work with staff to maintain a high-quality experience for guests and program participants.

Our Retreat Center is a special place where guests can study, practice, reflect and renew as they are immersed in nature on our 240-acre campus, with simple accommodations, meeting spaces, and a working farm that provides fresh organic food.
