Our Facilities

Meeting Facilities

  • The Dining Hall holds 78 people and its outside deck holds 24 people
  • Arbor House meeting room holds 25 people
  • The Meeting House holds 75 people (On Sunday mornings this space is reserved for Grass Valley Friends Meeting and is not available for group rental)

Outdoor Gathering Spaces

  • Central Lawn, up to 100 people
  • Pond-side campfire area, up to 30 people (Note: During fire season, we do not allow campfires)

Dining Facilities

  • Lofty dining room, seats 78
  • Adjoining dining deck with picnic tables, seats 24
  • Large, commercial kitchen
  • Arbor House and Stone House have family-style kitchens

Accommodations 

Arbor House (click here for PDF–400 kb):
Sleeps 10. 5 bedrooms (4 with 2 twins each and one with a double bed), 2 full baths, home-style kitchen, small living room, and large living room/meeting room with fireplace; outdoor dining area under the grape arbor.

East Cabin Area (click here for PDF–400 kb): 12 A-frame cabins, sleeping 2 people each, with woodstove; central bathhouse.

Camping: Sweet (and flat!) spots for camping can be found all over central campus.  Campers use the bathhouses located in the East Cabin area.

On-Site Amenities

  • Soccer field and volleyball court
  • Hiking/biking trails
  • Mel’s Pond
  • 3-mile hike to the Yuba River
  • Climbing kiln and pottery studio (for use by ceramics workshop groups only)
