Food Intensive

Woolman Semester students will be on the road for a week looking at different sites of food production in Northern California as part of their Environmental Science class. As background for this trip they read Michael Pollan's The Omnivore's Dilemma along with other companion articles.

We are really looking forward to meeting the Woolman group when they stay at our home in Oakland on Monday and Tuesday on the Food Intensive.  I know that they are going to visit Spiral Farm and go to the Berkeley Farmers Market, but would love to hear what else is planned for the week.
